Thought I was in shape
After doing some of these exercises, I see how out of shape I am. I play pickleball four times a week but I can see this isnt working all my muscles. I dont like the ones where you have to get on the floor because I am 69 and it is harder to get down and up. I did find the travelers workout, which has no floor exercises. I will do that one for awhile until I master it. Maybe a program for less mobile members would be nice, some are very hard, so it is good you can rate your workout.
